An alternative radio station to WBZV 102.5

102.5 WBZV has been a staple to the Hillsdale-area community since the 1990s. Jamming out great rock bands from the 80s with excellent FM coverage spanning from Coldwater, MI to the out-skirts of Toledo, OH.

WBZV was owned by Friends Communications for over a decade. In 2020 Friends Communications was dissolved, selling it's network of radio stations. WQTE and WABJ were sold to WLEN 103.9 while 102.5 was sold to MADSUN investments - which continued Classic Rock radio up until early 2023.

It is now MID 2023 and the Hillsdale area community is left with no rock radio options. 102.5 has once again been sold but this time leaving the area with no rock music. This presents an opportunity for Good Rock Radio to fill that void.

Good Rock Radio was started in 2012 in Frontier, MI to fulfill Joe Bick's passion for radio. We started out operating directly out of our house and still operate it locally to the Hillsdale area although we utilize the latest VPS technology to bring the area great rock music.

The GRR's Rock repertoire spans much more than just "Classic Rock" although we do play a lot of the same music that was aired on 102.5 for many years. We even offer localized promos to the Hillsdale county area. Good Rock Radio is a great alternative to WBZV and can be easily accessed online. We have a Progressive Web App which provides for easy installation on all plat-forms.
